| Resolved, by the Lexate of the Respublica Dranii, that no person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall be permitted by law to purchase, sell or purchase pornography. Resolved, that no person under the age of eighteen (18) years, shall be permitted to perform in pornographic acts. Resolved, that the penalty for knowingly and willingly transferring the ownership and/or possession of pornographic materials to a person under the age of eighteen (18) years, shall be a term of imprisonment of no more than one (1) year, per offence committed. Resolved, that the penalty for knowingly and willingly employing a person under the age of eighteen (18) years for the purpose of producing pornographic materials shall be a term of imprisonment of no less than five (5) years and no greater than ten (10) years, per offence committed. |
