| The REP proposes this bill to intstitute order in these hard times. This bill would make some agents to refrain from their activity. This bill is closely related to the newly adopted Anti-Terrorist Act. Death penalty would not be used in the case of ordinary citizens but people, members of organizaion that are considered to be terrorist organizations. |
