Message" I have looked over the numbers once again and have been able to drop the highest bracket by 1%, this may not be exactly what the CCA was hoping for but I hope you will be will to compromise for this tax bracket as it is the mid-way point between the tax budget that you wanted and the tax budget I proposed.
