Bill: Statement from the DNP
Details
Submitted by[?]: Darnussian Nationalist Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2745
Description[?]:
(OOC: I do not know if I am allowed to do this but here goes, if it's not, tell me and I will remove this, it's put to vote 'cos that is what SP suggested) Regarding Nova Terra and alleged terrorist activities. The Party will state here and now with utmost honesty; The DNP's first loyalty is to Darnussia and only Darnussia, and although we are a member of Nova Terra, if said organization is a direct threat to Darnussia we will side with the nation and NOT the organization. Many of you believe that the DNP is evil and a possible threat, we can assure that this is completely unfounded, for one we have never and will never partake in any act that is likely to cause Darnussia harm, we care for the nation and only want what is best for it. You will hear that we are terrorists, but we have little to do with the organization. Merely being a member does not automatically state that you participate in any acts of terrorism that may or may not be happening. I know you will say that we are a despotic "Fascist" party who will ruin and enslave the nation; this is not the case, we will not enslave the nation we seek only to make it great. Every word that I have said regarding NT is the utmost truth, if ti comes to it, we would face them rather than see Darnussia fall. As for the monarchy, should this be passed and a monarchy be reinstated there will be no appeal against this decision (in fact, all our parties might as well not exist for all the good they would do) however should we keep the democracy, yes the DNP may get voted in which many of you are against, if it turn out badly, the people will elect someone else next election. This is not possible with a monarchy. The only way out of a bad monarchy is bloody revolution, the only way out of a bad presidency is an early election and electing a new person. |

Message | It's considered a Speech. It's allowed, but you're supposed to retire it after about 25 game years. (Best way is to send it to a vote, so that it isn't lost to history.) |

Message | (OOC: Um... This is a statement, Let's just assume that for me "yes" means "I am telling truth I swear" and "no" means "I'm not going to lose this resolution just because you don't believe me" for you yes can mean um, "Yea o.k, I believe you" or "Fine, you're still a fascist jerk though" not can mean "Stop lying you fascist idiot, your not fooling me" If you want to extend on this or whatever just comment -_-) |

Message | OOC: THis is off topic but why the hell wont any Darnussia party join the DSO: http://classic.particracy.net/vieworganization.php?organizationid=782 I have asked all of you nicely, I am one of the creators of the culture of Darnussia and it would be nice if this organisation was actually RUN by Darnussians instead of foreign parties so it wont get deleted. |

Message | Slipped my mind, man. Then again, sovereignty hasn't been a huge issue of late; no invasions lately. I've been here since you left last time, into my second century, DJP joined maybe 20 game years after I did, so it's about to celebrate the end of its first century; DNP and LDP are relatively new, but "relatively" means 30+ game years. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
