MessageThere is no need for such a substantial budget increase, especially in the health and education sectors, which were never intended to be federal responsibilities by the constitution at all. If anything, we need to cut the federal budget dramatically - not increase it.

MessageNRPF can look on budgets of nations in which health and education are responded to the federal government - in most of this countries government redistributes 10-50 % of GDP, and in Rutania only 2 %. This is a minimum needed even in such state as Rutania. We can't understand how to make budget even lower.
