| Message | There is no need for such a substantial budget increase, especially in the health and education sectors, which were never intended to be federal responsibilities by the constitution at all. If anything, we need to cut the federal budget dramatically - not increase it. |

| Message | NRPF can look on budgets of nations in which health and education are responded to the federal government - in most of this countries government redistributes 10-50 % of GDP, and in Rutania only 2 %.
