Article 1: The TOC created by this bill shall be named, The Beiteynuese National Railroad Corporation, doing business as Beitrak, regions have the option to develop their own TOCs. All train tracks are public use.

MessageThe Socialist Party opposes the inefficient and greedy free market system on the railways that finds making a profit more important than running trains on time, personal comfortable travel or even basic security like upgrading outmoded safety net which was the determined cause of 3 of the 5 train crashes in the last year. Free market greed costs lives, is highly expensive and commuters are packed in trains like sardines.

While this bill is a step in the right direction from our current situation, it's a step back from the "Transportation Changes" bill and therefore we vote No.
