| Article I: It is hereby declared by the Imperium Congress that Nico Neesam, Ambassador to the United Nations of Terra and a holdover from a decadent former government, to be absolutely unfit for his duties in light of the spurious, untrue, and treasonous statements he has made against the elected government of Hobrazia to the United Nations of Terra and is therefore immediately stripped of his post and all diplomatic privileges; Article II: For committing clear and unmistakable acts of sedition and treason the Imperium Congress hereby declares that in just punishment Senor Neesom will be put to death by means of slow slicing; Article III: To replace Senor Neesam's vacant position the government of Hobrazia will send Senor Enrico Demitriez to serve as Hobrazia's new Ambassador to the United Nations of Terra, it being recognized that Senor Demitriez has longstanding links with the Confederacy of Social Darwinists, Liga Saicerista, the Partido Popular and any possible successor political parties and may speak on behalf of any of them; Article IV: In punishment for clear seditious and treasonous activity against the government of this nation the First Party is hereby banned from any international activities or passport possession, or the publication or otherwise distribution of any material whatsoever, and breach of this Article will be classified as a terrorist act on behalf of the First Party; Article V: If the First Party engages in terrorist activity as defined under Article IV than the First Party will be immediately and irrevocably legally declared a terrorist organizations, and all past and present members of the First Party will likewise be designated as terrorists and enemies of the State, who shall then immediately lose both citizenship as well as possession of any inherent rights, and the Imperium Congress hereby reaffirms that the punishment as a declared enemy of the State is immediate death without appeal by method chosen by the Emperor. |

| Message | The United Republics of Lodamun is deeply troubled by the rather violent and radical moves the current government of Hobrazia is taking. It is therefore, with that in mind, that Lodamun has offered Nico Neesam political asylum. He will remain in Lodamun's territory as long as he wishes and will not be extradited under any circumstances. However, we do recognize the right of the government of Hobrazia to pick the delegates to the UNT from their country.
