| The Kazulian Inre Trygghet och Politisk Stabiliteten Uppdrag (Kazulian Internal Security and Political Stability Commission) hereby notifies the government of the Nordiske Repulikken av Kazulia that it shall cease all governmental operations for the foreseeable future and is reverting to a fully private and independent paramilitary/intelligence service. All dossiers compiled on individuals and/or organizations within Kazulia shall remain in the hands of the KITPSU. The government of Kazulia may be granted access to some of these files upon formal request. The KITPSU shall be granted full ownership of all equipment (weapons, surveillance equipment, etc) and real estate purchased for them by the Ministry of Internal Affairs since the establishment of the KITPSU in 2688. All KITPSU intelligence assets within Kazulia proper shall be maintained but will not be active. Assets in Greater Kazulia will remain active, monitoring the situation in the Kazulian colonies and in New Englia. The KITPSU shall not violate the terms of the private paramilitary organization ban as it shall continue to be licensed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Central KITPSU HQ shall be relocated to the far eastern territories, in order to back up the DMF forces stationed there. The KITPSU shall continue operating under the name Kazulian Inre Trygghet och Politisk Stabiliteten Uppdrag despite the severance of official ties to the Kazulian government.
