1- Carrier Group X previously stationed near Trigunia will replace Carrier Group II in the First Fleet.

2- Carrier Group X will be responsible for enforcing the quarantine area of Carrier Group II.

3- Carrier Group II will embark in a classified operation to an undisclosed location.
