Message | Not that we have any seats, we'd raise a few issues with this proposal: Article 1: By legalizing adultery, would it no longer be fair grounds to terminate/dissolve a civil partnership/marriage on the basis of infidelity? This is unacceptable. Article 3: We think this article may unduly force Kanjor to recognize unions of other nations that may be incompatible with our nation's best interest and/or beliefs Article 4: We do not believe that more than two (2) persons should enter into this sort of contract. It opens to the door to gender and sexual exploitation as well as a host of legal complications should these multilateral unions dissolve, i.e property rights, child custody, alimony. Though this party does not agree with the current policy, it certainly shouldn't be any more lax. |
