| Considering Alduria has wrongfully decided to turn its back on the Axis organisation - an organisation which has served Luthori for centuries, we wish to alter the Union Treaty so that we can remain a part of this fine organisation. The only reason that Alduria is removing itself from the Treaty is because one particular party has spat the dummy that he has been VOTED out of his position in leadership and replaced by a more active party. This move is petty and immature and damaging to our alliance. Upon passage of this bill, Article 1, Section 2, Point D will be changed from: d) The two government shall have a united front on Treaties on the international level, however internal treaties may be kept just to that one nation. To: d) The two independent Governments can ratify internal and international treaties by a 1/2 vote for yes in their respective legislatures. |

| Message | This has to be approved by both nations, and Alduria will not support. For this can not be changed. OOC: I have explained this is not me or my party but the Emperor himself who is taking a last stand as the old guard that has controlled the leadership since the times of William III. So I do not quite like the descrption. However you known it would have been nice to have been told about the fact I was being dimissed or even questioned. I am active enough to deserve that. The FRP is soon to forget that they went inactive for 3 months and I let them come right back in. I do not really care anymore who holds the damn spot, but I am doing this for RP fun and to let the Emperor die in style as he goes down with the nation in some what chaos. |

| Message | OOC: Regardless of whether or not this is "you" or the "Emperor", the description still stands valid. As for your removal from power, it was posted VERY clearly in the Axis org page. Not only that, but you were PM'd by myself asking you to go to the org page and read FRPs post. You DID log on after his post was made, so you have no excuse not to have known about the situation. IC: This does NOT need to be approved by both nations. As per the wording of the Union Treaty, if both nations agree on a change, the Treaty must be re-written. There is not a single article in there about the process by which ONE nation can make an ammendment. This, if it passes, will have a 2/3 majority in the Diet and is what the Diet of Luthori will hold as the "valid" law, as we will regarding the First Ammendment, which shall pass soon. |

| Message | Both nations do not agree that it needs to change. Also, you PMed me after I returned. Furthermore, I was gone Monday and Tuesday and had my cousin log on and check things. Yet he is not me and probably did not check the Axis page, hint my somewhat puzzel way of returning and not knowning what the hell is going on. This a pointless fight that we need not fight for in the end Alduria is returning to the Axis. This is for RP sake. So lets not get ourselves all worked up. The point rest that as far as I can tell I was never told or asked to defend myself on this issue. You known that while I have been inactive of late, that did not mean I did not follow orders or do what was given to me. So I am Rping this as any person would, as a backstabing move. The Union was my creation, my thought. It can not be changed so easily. I have this entire thing scipted and I will follow it. The parts I need you to help me on I will have to you by sunday. By the following sunday things will be back to normal with the change of the Axis commander not being me, but the next Emperor will not be supid and forget the Axis like his old grumpy father is doing. So lets just play this how and watch to see how the other alliances act. who knowns maybe so fun will come. |
