This bill aims to give the national court the power to review regional cases that have been filed for appeal by those involved in the cases. This bill will still recognize and maintain the existence of regional courts as well as their power to decide on cases involving their regional jurisdiction. Similarly, national courts will still have the power to review cases involving the national law.
