To bring back the economic wealth and low budget priod from the late 2690's / early 2700's. "We need a flatter budget... government spendings has rose to an unknown hight recent years, but in the last decade it was bring back to the old standards. We hope we can bring back thebudget under the 150 bln line, beginning with this 30 bln cut.", Reagan said.
