In order to provide more freedom of employment to both employees and employers, it is proposed that government mandated labor hours be eliminated. Individuals should be able to choose their own working hours.

MessageBy not capping working hours, we actually stand to lose productivity. If workers are burdened with too many hours, their efficiency will decline, harming our economy at the end of the day.
