Message | What I'm proposing is instead of creating a massive, centralised Foresty Agency, that we instead create local, Crownland Foresty Agencies and give local governments more power in foresty management. Since the Environment & Tourist Ministry doesn't get all that notice or has many duties, I think its only fair we delegate the oversight of these Crownland Agencies, give it more a purpose. |

Message | This violates the current law. |

Message | As of the Forestry Bill of 2749, "Local governments may set up forestry agencies. Where they do not, forestry is on a commercial basis." Article 1 of this bill directly violates that law. Even if passed, this Act would be illegal and unenforceable. |

Message | Article 1 is the same as "Local governments are required to operate forestry agencies, which own and manage all forest land", just worded differently. |

Message | And the current law isn't "Local governments are required to operate forestry agencies, which own and manage all forest land", it is "Local governments may set up forestry agencies. Where they do not, forestry is on a commercial basis." |

Message | Obviously the current law isn't "Local governments are required to operate forestry agencies, which own and manage all forest land", thus me proposing to change it to that, do you see the "Forest Management" proposal? I don't understand what you're getting at. Article 1 just reiterates the proposed law; "upon passing of this bill, this Act will become law". This isn't violating anything. |

Message | Alright so this law if passed will give the powers to local government to operate foresty management departments and outlined in the description, I included that they may also jointly-operate with other local governments if need too (small towns mostly); they could also contract foresty companies to do their work. Also, I thought it would be cool to create Crownland Foresty Agencies rather than leaving it to a one, central agency; it would give the Environment * Tourism Ministry a bit more purpose. Its not that not only the ET Ministry is poorly funded but has minimal or no jobs, the KHP or anyone who will fill that Ministry in the future deserves to have a role like everyone else. I'm also proposing we increase the ET budget by a mere 2.5 billion dollars. Comparing this increase to other Ministries, this is nothing, and thanks to sustainable GDP growth, that 2.5 billion dollars will come back to us by 2755. |

Message | And the CLA objects. Why am I not surprised. |

Message | The FAP shouldn't be surprised that we object especially since we directly stated that we did not support this law. |
