| While poor people may need support in raising their children, parents who choose to have a large family did so by choice and should not be helped at the taxpayer's expense. It is proposed that support only be given to poor families and not to those who have chosen to have a large family. A person can certainly have a large family, but they should be able to support it themselves. |
