Bill: Governmental Democratization Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Republican Populist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2757
Description[?]:
All of the rightfully elected members of this assembly should have a right to contribute and offer their ideas on the government of the nation. If their ideas do not have support, they will not pass. But to ban any but the largest party in assembly from proposing a government is one of the last vestiges we have of single-party dictatorship, and it is one we must do away with. All assemblymen have a right to share their ideas on the government of the nation, that is what we are here to do, it is unjust to stop us from doing it. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The constitutional right and responsibility to propose a cabinet to the legislature.
Old value:: Only the largest party can propose a cabinet.
Current: Each party can propose a cabinet coalition.
Proposed: Each party can propose a cabinet coalition.
