Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Proposing a Cabinet. We need a government willing to fulfill the wishes of the people, and reform Vorona. The FDF offered the VMM a spot in such a government, but they refused. Therefore, we have no option but to have the two reformist parties govern together. Together, we shall make Vorona freer and fairer, an inclusive society where all have the liberty and freedom to lead a fulfilling life, where all citizens are equal, regardless of who their families or who their parents were. A society where industry is not allowed to exploit the people, and where the people can think freely, without being told what to think by an omnipresent church. This is the only government that can achieve these high ideals. |

| Message | Again, the VMM would like control of the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs. The reason that we voted against the last cabinet proposal was because, we the 2nd largest party in the National Assembly, but only had one seat. The Archduke and the VMM leadership look forward to working with the Voronan Left. |
