| Message | Taking into account the Nationalised transport, the new education act and the new police powers, we need to be able to spend their without increasing taxes like i promised. The Science and Technology budget is extremely large as it is and since most technology and science is private, we see no need for such huge amounts. This retains a 2 billion surplus for emergencies still. |
