| The Democratic Socialist Party Leaders shall hereby be compelled to take a written and oral test to prove their heterosexuality. Those who do not pass (meaning all) shall be required to wear dresses and other female fashion typical of Malivian popular culture. Punishments for not complying with this ordinance shall be imprisonment, where the imprisoned shall of course be compelled to dress in female fashion. This ordinance shall be enforced by the Ministry of Interior. Transsexuals within the Democratic Socialist Party (roughly 25%) will be immune to this ordinance as it would provide them validation instead of punishment. |
