| Message | Da notare come queste leggi devoluzioniste passino grazie al voto del PLR, che evidentemente ha compreso che un sistema regionalizzato comporta meno spese, perchè non tutte le regioni sono interessate a proteggere le foreste od ad occuparsi di altre questioni. Non ci piace questa situazione. |
