Message | Quite a modest bill i feel, nothing too drastic is there. I can't see that the food licence should pose too much of a problem and would bring in an income and the production and sale of GM crops should not be allowed at the moment as not enough is know about them i.e. what sort of effects they will have in future time, that is why research should still be allowed. |

Message | Now here is something I can support (finally). I have stood for both these positions in the past, and will continue to do so. @HF - We didn't support your GM bill as that also banned research. |

Message | We can't support this. Banning GM foods is a medieval policy and even uncaring of the fact they carry a label reporting what they are. We can't stay against progress. |

Message | Research will still be allowed, this is not a move to totally phasing them out, it's just introducing GM crops slower |

Random quote: "The first step in freeing yourself from social restrictions is the realization that there is no such thing as a 'safe' code of conduct, one that would earn everyone's approval. Your actions can always be condemned by someone, for being too bold or too apathetic, for being too conformist or too nonconformist, for being too liberal or too conservative. So it's necessary to decide whose approval is important to you." - Harry Browne |
