We once more introduce this bill to protect freedom of speech, as it applies to religion. It is quite simply unfair to apply additional scrutiny to travelers because they happen to be visiting for religious reasons. We have also added a provision to protect freedom of religious speech domestically. |

Proposal[?] to change Government policy towards evangelism and religious advertising.
Old value:: Religious organizations are not permitted to actively promote themselves or advertise, however evangelism is permitted by individuals.
Current: Religions are not permitted to promote themselves or advertise in any manner whatsoever.
Proposed: Religions are permitted to freely promote and advertise themselves.
