The government shall, in consultation with regional governments, determine areas of special ecological significance and institute measures of protection for these areas. The government will also set aside park areas for use of the general public as part of this new national parks system. No hunting, forestry or minign will be permitted within national parks.

MessageWhile national hunting regulations are a much better idea than regulations maintained by local governments, the Council does not see a reason to make a park system national. Surely this should be left to local governments.
