| Message | Mr Speaker, The defense ministry wishes to use these new funds to procede with an overall upgrade of our armed forces. We are also glad to announce that our missile defense system is fully opperational, and has been tested with posititve results. We can also announce that the first phase Luthori Military Space Program, under development for the last 30 years by the Imperial Strategic Operations Department, is now complete. We can now confirm the existance of a fully functional Imperial Military Space Facility in orbit around Terra. I yield.
