| We propose the creation of the National Kazulian Motorway System (Nasjonal Kazulianisk Motorvei Administrasjon, NKMA), a national highway department that would oversee the construction, maintenance, and operation of all national highways, known as Motorways (Motorveier). Each region will have a lower level administration in charge of all local roads and locally constructed highways (Agatha Road Institutt, Dreton Road Institutt, Flindar Road Institutt, Hent Road Institutt, Kelvon Road Institutt). Along with the creation of these departments, we propose the following plan for the creation of Kazulia's first national highway system that will connect all major Kazulian cities. On the proposal, dark green designates the national highway project (project name: National Highway Project) that would be conducted immediately following the passage of this bill. Light green designates a project (project name: Foreign Connection Project) to be started after completion of the National Highway Project. http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/particracy/images/thumb/5/5c/Kazulian_NHS_System.png/705px-Kazulian_NHS_System.png When the Foreign Connection Project begins, contact is to be made by the Minister of Infrastructure & Transport to the nations being connected (Hulstria and Dranland) to to encourage them to connect their roads to our highway; and/or to also begin a highway project of their own. Hopefully in the future, all of Dovani's west coast will be connected through a massive system of highways from all the way in Talmoria to the Dranland. In the final requirements of the bill, 20,000,000,000 KKR is to be allocated for this project. |

| Message | I'm sure we do have highways, but no exact nationally maintained system, nor an organized system. This would create an organized system of roads; OOC: this bases off of the new law for highways. OOC: The is a geographical map of Kazulia (but it doesn't show cities), and there was a map of Agatha with cities. The rest of the regions I had to choose locations. All this was on the wiki. |

| Message | OOC: I should also note I'm working on a city map (same as highway map, just no highways) which would show all the current major cities, and would have smaller cities too, but once I start on that, I'll put up a bill where all parties (probably just us) can discuss the locations. |
