MessageThis bill, along with the new taxation brackets, balances the budget for the first time in many years. Spending for infrastructure has been left alone, and other departments have likewise been kept pristine where possible. However the budgets for H&Ss, E&C, and most significantly Internal Affairs, had become bloated and unnecessarily large. This rectifies the problem while continuing to provide for all essential government services.
