Bill: Cabinet Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Meritocratic Alliance
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2780
Description[?]:
The current cabinet situation is moronic. If the FIP cannot assemble a cabinet, and Lord knows they have had time, it must pass to individual parties to work out a solution. Meritocrats sitting in cabinet have continued to do so out of good will, but they frankly are getting old and would like to pursue other options. Having taken oathes of office they will not leave them until replaced, even by others of their own party. While the Caucus prefers to keep matters of government traditional, this must end. |
