WHEREAS many patients suffer from terminal illness and chronic pain WHEREAS many of these illnesses do not respond to normal pain sedatives such as morphine due to damage in the morphine receptors mainly along the spine. WHEREAS these diseases leave the Cannabis receptors undamaged WHEREAS it would be IMMORAL and UNETHICAL to force these patients to live with their pain WHEREAS the Cannabis could not be abused under medical control THEREFORE we find it the best moral and ethical course of action to legalize the use of Cannabis only for medical painkiller uses |
