To assure that our glorious Empire never falls, we propose the following bill: -Persons and/or organizations that wage war against the Empire despite not being affiliated with a sovereign state recognized as legal by Luthori, shall be called "Enemies of the Crown". Enemies of the Crown are not entitled to the protections cited in the Common Bill of Rights. -The Directorate of National Security decides on the application of the status of Enemy of the Crown and may apply it as they see it fit. |
