Bill: Guns Regulation Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Popular Socialist Liberation Movement
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2782
Description[?]:
Under the current law, even mentally ill man or proven criminal may purchase a gun. At least those who presents an obvious danger for our society shouldn't be allowed to own firearm. We'd prefer even more strict regulation of guns but we afraid that libertarian parties will not support more strict measures. We hope that at least such bill will be adopted by Senate. |

Old value:: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Current: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.

Message | Though we are somewhat surprised to see the PSLM propose this legislation, it is a pleasant surprise. We fervently support this legislation - no true liberty can be equal among all men if we are to retain an ordered, civilized society. Any liberty which is without qualification is unsustainable. |
