Message | Riteniamo che durante un'indagine sia più opportuna che la polizia possa direttamente acquisire dei dati senza passare tramite la burocrazia processuale dando evendualmente all'imputato la possibilità di prendere le opportune "contromisure". La sicurezza dei cittadini è sacrosanta e certi strumenti di lotta al crimine non possono essere sacrificati od ostacolati nel nome di un diritto alla riservatezza, ovvero il diritto a nascondere le proprie malefatte. |
