| The Stortinget of the Nordiske Republikken av Kazulia, hereby demands the immediate (upon passage of the resolution) resignation of current Foreign Affairs minister, Marius Stoltenberg. For the following reasons: First, Marius Stoltenberg, is not a Kazulian citizen or national, having been born in Veilchen, Hilgar, Hulstria to Hulstrian citizens. The laws of Kazulia state: "Only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality." He meets neither requirements. & "Citizenship is granted to all nationals." He is not a national. Second, Marius Stoltenberg, is the former leader of the Hulstrian political party, "Bündnis Zukunft Hulsterreich". While we certainly have no quarrel with our southern neighbors, it seems unwise to have a Hulstrian representing Kazulia to the international community, especially with his former ties to the Hulstrian political establishment. At best, his loyalties may be "divided"; at worst, he may place the interests of Hulstria (which admittedly may often be the same as ours) before those of Kazulia. |

| Message | First, M. Stoltenberg immigrated to Kazulia and is none the less, a resident of Kazulia. He left Hulstria, and his loyalties are not divided. His family isn't even Hulstrian, they were of Kazulian descent despite in birth in Hulstria. Absolutely nowhere in the Constitution or any law does it say that non-nationals or non-citizen cannot hold a political position. He is a resident of Kazulia now, who no longer resides in Hulstria, and he has obtained his office in a way that breaks no written law in existence. |

| Message | It is common-sense that only Kazulian citizens should hold important positions in the government. Just because he resides in Kazulia, does not make him a citizen/national. He hasn't been accused of breaking any laws. If he had, we would be calling for his arrest, not for his forced resignation. |

| Message | We endorse the H+ Paradigm strongly on this. We certainly have nothing against Hulstrians (in fact, about half or our officials are Kazulian Hulstrians), but unless the laws regarding nationality and citizenship are changed, Stoltenberg should resign for good. We surely can't have a minister, especially not one that represents Kazulia to the whole of Terra, who isn't even a Kazulian citizen himself. |

| Message | Once again I will state, there is no basis for reason in forcing him to resign. You may call it "common-sense" that only Kazulian citizens can hold gov't positions, but, until there's a law specifically stating it, Stoltenberg has every right to be in that office. You cannot just remove him because you feel that its common-sense to only allow citizens those offices. He has not committed a crime, he has not been bribed, he has not cheated on his wife, he has done nothing, absolutely nothing, to cause a legitimate call for his resignation. |

| Message | The Paradigm has no quarrel with Venstre. Venstre is the one that seems to be doing everything it can to isolate and weaken the Paradigm, despite the popularity we have with the citizens of Kazulia, for no apparent reason other than their disagreement with the political positions of the Paradigm. Positions that many citizens seem to support. This is a legitimate call for the resignation of a government official. We were informed that Marius Stoltenburg is not a Kazulian citizen and acted accordingly. This resolution doesn't have anything to do with Venstre as a whole, just with an individual member. |

Our call to ban paramilitaries is not just based on the actions of your paramilitary, but on the history of paramilitaries in Kazulia, and the simple danger of paramilitaries. We will not be the only country to have banned paramilitaries, our neighbors to the south did it long ago. You say your call for Stoltenberg's resignation is legitimate based on the fact he is not a Kazulian citizen, but this is not a legitimate reason. That's certainly a wise decision. We haven't accused him of breaking any laws. | Message | The history of paramilitaries shows that they fought violently within our borders horribly destroying vast parts of a historical capital. You have no proof that he cannot perform his duties fully and without bias. He has no bias towards Hulstria, he left there for a reason. It was there that he was nearly killed and his Vice Chairwoman was killed. This all happened and the government never investigated and for the sake of his family, he moved to Kazulia, the place where his grandparent's immigrated from and a place where he has remaining relatives. |

| Message | One paramilitary organization belonging to a banned political party. Two others brought an end to the conflict and later defended Kazulian interests in the far eastern colonies. We should avoid fearing all paramilitary organizations due to the actions of one organization, decades ago. If he Paradigm had been asked to refrain from holding further wargames, we would have agreed. Jumping directly to attempting to ban paramilitaries is unnecessary and irrational. It would be the same if you got into the cabinet and I randomly decided to accuse one your people in the cabinet of not being able to do their job fully. Your call for his resignation is absurd and without proof, and I encourage all parties to oppose this resolution.
