§1 Only natural born Kazulian citizens are allowed to sit in the Kazulian cabinet. §2 Only natural born Kazulian citizens are egliable as speaker or committee leaders in the Kazulian Storting §3 Only Kazulian citizens that have been living in Kazulia for more than 5 years are egliable for membership in the Kazulian Storting §4 Citizens of Kazulia born outside the nation is allowed to hold public office in local government and assemblies, but only Natural born citizens can be mayors, speakers or committe leaders in local assemblies, municipal councils or city councils §5 A 2/3 majority in Stortinget followed by an approval by the Head of State is required to gain dispensation from §2, §3 and §4 in this resolution §5 This law passes into effect after the next election |
