Article 1 - Ethnic French Upon the passage of this Law, all proven ethnic Française-Kanjorien, Française-Lourennois, and Française-Rildanorienne may apply to either recieve citizenship or permanent settlement within the country. This Law applies only to ethnic French which pass the qualification process and are placed upon the "Liste française" in categories 1 & 2. All other applications for immigration to or within Kanjor are hereby relegated positions behind all ethnic French applicants, until all the latter have been processed and/or passed. One is determined ethnic French, or determined eligible for the benefit of the current Law, if they fulfill the criteria within a specific section. Ex-patriots: 1. Ex-patriot ethnic Française-Kanjorien with proof of former citizenship and birth within Kanjor. 2. The Spouse of an ex-pat along with any children born to either. 3. The direct Children of an ex-pat. Ethnic French: 1. Proof of Française-Lourennois, and Française-Rildanorienne ethnicity going back no less than two generations within the residing country. 2. The Spouse of a proven ethnic Frenchman or woman. 3. The direct Children of a proven ethnic French. |
