Upon the passage of this Act, the following proposals shall become law. |

Message | Actually, Charter schools have been proven to be only as effective, and in many cases less so, than regular public schools. Given this, there is no need for either the local or national governments to spend time nor money dealing with charter schools. OOC: FYI, what I just said is true. |
