MessageNo, Central government should make these decisions, NO devolution.

Charter schools are allowed for a good reason.

MessageActually, Charter schools have been proven to be only as effective, and in many cases less so, than regular public schools. Given this, there is no need for either the local or national governments to spend time nor money dealing with charter schools.

OOC: FYI, what I just said is true.

MessageYour wrong, we have charter schools because they give people who wish to use them the choice to and as long as they make no profit, they should be allowed.

MessageYou're*

But if the goal is to provide the best education for the children of Kanjor and these "choice" schools are ineffective, itsn't the obligation of the government that holds this data to eliminate these schools as a choice and instead reinforce the public education system?

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.
