MessageThe UFP admits that party leaders were torn on including Article 3 in this piece of legislation. The only other option considered was allowing private schools to exist freely alongside public schools. Unfortunately, it became clear that private institutions should undergo the same regulations as public schools in order to ensure that each student is being provided with the best quality education.
