Preamble:
The purpose of this bill is to introduce Esperanto as one of the primary languages of Alduria.

Article 1:
a) The use of Esperanto as the primary language in public schools will be phased in over a period of five years (from the passing of this bill to five years later), with the use of French as the primary language in public schools phased out over the same period of time.
b)French Language classes will continue to exist in all public schools, and will be taught in French.

Article 2:
a) The Government, on the passing of this bill, will be required to offer government services in both Aldurian French and Esperanto.
b) All Major Religious institutions will be required, on the passing of this bill, to provide religious service in both French and Esperanto.

Article 3:
a) All radio and television stations will be required, on the passing of this bill, to broadcast at least one third in Esperanto and at least one fifth in French.
b) Paper media, in the form of Magazines and Newspapers shall retain the right to publish exclusively in the language of their choice.
c) Major websites based and hosted in Alduria are required, on the passing of this bill, to have both a French and Esperanto version.

Article 4:
a) All major Corporations are required to operate in both French and Esperanto within five years of the passing of this bill.
