Article 1 ~ The Supreme President Ludo Viras does hereby appoint the following Senators to their respective positions by Executive Order and requests Senatorial approval.
(A1 -a) - Vice-President of the Federal Republic of Solentia: Sébastian Gotholmede [Solentian Centrists]
A1 -b) - Secretary of State for Peace: Michael Vedrini [Federal Independent Party]
A1 -c) - Lord Protector of Shinatawa: The Duchess Sarah Belisarius of House Belisarius [Solentian Radical Nationalist Party]

Article 2 ~ These appointments are pending the acceptance of the mentions people.

Article 3 ~ This Act is an Executive Order that shall last until January 2791.

Article 4 ~ Senatorial approval is not required for Executive Orders however this Act serves as a formal approval.

Article 5 ~ This Act shall pass with a simple plurality in Senate and may be overturned by a 2/3rds majority in a Senate vote on an Act that would be designed specifically to undo it.
