David Bowman: "Mr Speaker, This bill is not in any way "restructuring the Government" as Government-owned property is not segregated in the first place. This bill is just another attempt to regulate private industry and interfere in the personal lives of our citizens. It is up to the individual citizen whether they wish to attend a property which is segregated or not. I yield." |
