Message | It is not half, and the the proposal that changed the law to "Health care is private, but the government subsidises the cost of it for all citizens", the Private Yet Covered Healthcare Act, only passed because the KHP disbanded. The CLA is returning the law to the position a majority of the Diet supported when members first took their seats in September 2788. |
