RECOGNIZING that the United Kingdom of Beluzia and Bailon was founded on the principle of equality and freedom,

RECOGNIZING the need for basic human rights and freedoms deserved by any civilized human being to be protected through legal means,

AND RECOGNIZING the lack of such legal means for the protection of basic human rights and freedoms,

THIS ACT seeks to repeal oppressive laws and ensure the rights and freedoms of the people of Beluzia and Bailon are protected by law.
