I already know your position in terms of agriculture and health spending, so what is the big deal? We had a full fledged debate on the last debate which you got your 11 billion crown IA increase which you didn't even vote on. |

| Message | The CLA didn't vote because we wanted a comprehensive budget precisely for the reason now seen. And one of the reasons the FAP pushed for increased Agriculture spending, strategic crops, has been repealed. The CLA will, at the first available opportunity, seek to reduce spending in both these areas to their proper and previously agreed upon level. |

| Message | Hm, yes it was one of the reasons but not the only. Did you forget food safety for 380 million Hulstrians? Come on, we spend 176 billion crowns to protect Hulstrians yet the proposed budget you want for Agriculture only has 57.5 billion crowns? Not very sensible. The Strategic Crops Program is technically still in place; instead of growing strategic crops on state owned farms, now we are just subsidising their production. Let me say again: I DID NOT ARGEE TO ANYTHING. I argeed for 1 billion to Health and a billion for Agriculture, you wanted a billion for health and 500 million (HA) for Agriculture. If I remember correctly, the SP and I didn't argee to that. |

| Message | In the Proper Health & Agriculture Spending Bill I've allocated 2 billion for Health and 500 million for Agriculture; 500 million crowns more in combined spending than you agreed to. And if the FAP was serious in its original agreement (which experience now shows it was not) the they would have proposed 2 billion in spending for these two ministries not NINE billion. |
