Message | The LP agrees, except for article 4. We believe that the clothes an Alorian chooses to wear should not be subject to regulation - local or federal. We are also against contact discipline, but are willing to compromise on this issue. |

Message | NCP understands LP's concern. We are willing to remove the cross-dressing proposal. However we believe that sometimes children need more than a verbal warning, and it would seem best that local governments decide discipline levels. Would this work for the LP? |

Message | It would. Perhaps the NCP is correct in its reasoning and it is beneficial to have decisions on the disciplining of children made at a local level, closer to the parents' oversight. The LP can support the bill in its present form. |
