| RECOGNIZING that children should have the right to refuse to work and focus solely on education, WHILE RECOGNIZING that individuals who want to work should still be allowed to, BUT REALIZING that additional regulations need to be in place to protect minors in the workplace, THIS ACT seeks to remove the requirement for minors to work while ensuring regulations exist to protect child workers. |
