| Message | We cannot support articles 3 and 4. Every person has the right to medecine that will not hurt him financially. It is a pillar of socialism. And article 4 puts the nation at risk of serious diseases from certain people. Change article 2 to 'consent is assumed' and we will support. |

| Message | Article 3 is like the transit article, back in the Infrastructure bill. If, in the future, this Regime falls, which it never will, we will need income, and we will hopefully be able to pay off for all of those who cannot make that much money. Right now, everyone has low income, so it works fine. Another pillar of socialism is taxing the rich, and giving to the poor, and that's exactly what Article 3 is. What if those people could be quarantined in their own special community? Fair. |
