Message | I have cut spending in some areas to balance the budget and get rid of our deficit. I wouldn't suggest a tax cut at this moment. |

Message | If I may make an opinion? What about cutting 5 billion out of Enviro and Tourism and reallocating that into Education, Defense or Justice? Or perhaps splitting the 5bill in half giving 2.5bill to Justice and 2.5bill to Defense or Education? |

Message | Awful, awful, awful! Just awful! A massive spending increase to welfare? What are we serving 5-course dinners every night to people that refuse to work? Giving them Tiffany lamps and stained glass windows? The welfare system is bloated as is and yet this budget increases it's funding! HoG doesn't need fifteen billion. Period. Also a spending increase. I will agree if there is a 30B cut from social services, a 10B cut from HoG sent to increase Justice, and 3B increase to environment/tourism so that we can properly enforce our pollution controls. |

Message | Well said, DPP. I'd like to see 10B from the cut from Social Services be halved and sent to Defense and Science. |

Message | Social welfare is never a necessity. With this budget, people without jobs will be making MORE money those with jobs! That is ludicrous! When people find that out, they quit and decide to mooch off the government. Then what happens? The government starts putting out more money than it can take in because no one is working! Why should people who won't get a job be REWARDED? Sure there are those who can't get jobs, which is why it was completely cut. If people want food, get a job, don't mooch from the government. |

Message | The statement made by SRP is absurd. The minimum wage laws in Zardugal state that a single full-time wage earner can realistically support a family of four. There is no incentive to even get a job if the government will pay to take care of you to begin with. This allocation means that every man, woman and child is entitled to 1,204Z/mo, this, in and of itself is enough to take care of the ENTIRE NATION'S living expence, food, luxuries, purchases, everything, and no citizen need ever take a job if they so desire! It is the duty of a citizen to take a job and become a part of the economy. With such favorable wage laws, welfare should be abolished. |
