Why target this treaty that has worked perfectly? |

| Message | I have told the NP before when they tried to remove us from this treaty, there is an opt-out option where both nations can refuse to help for whatever reason. I don't know why the NP, who controls the Defense Ministry, is so opposed to a mutual defense pact. |
