Presently, our nation reserves the right to develop, construct and store biological and chemical weapons. Date | 10:34:50, October 24, 2005 CET | From | Totalitarian Party | To | Debating the Chemical and Biological Weapon Research Act |
Message | How do chemical and biological weapons protect the freedom and rights of our nation's citizens? We still have nuclear weapons to scare away all those nasty nations that want to invade us, and researching chemical and biological weapons will help with the creation of technologies that will protect the citizens in the event of a chemical/biological attack on our nation. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
