The August Parliament of the Cedar Tree does study and debate those names underlined so as to determine their eligibility to hold the following ranks ordained by the passing of many centuries. By the Grace of God, Emperor David I has assented that the following do provide suitable reasons for promotion to the Empire's most great and grand honours list. With the assent of our most Royal Sovereign, the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne do hereby honour Percy Scott and elevate him to a Knight of the Commonwealth - the Baroncy of Marlowe. The Parliament does recognise the political and diplomatic efforts of Percy Scott as Viceroy of Gaduridos for over a decade and are thankful for his great contributions to that Protectorate. With the assent of our most Royal Sovereign, the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne do hereby honour Archibald Fotheringhay and elevate him to a Lord Guardian of the Cedar Throne- the Duchy of Mainulay. The Parliament does recognise the political and diplomatic efforts of Archibald Fotheringhay in securing Gaduridos as a Pontesian possession in his capacity as Grand-Vizier General and in the support he provided to the protectorate in Gaduridos. |
